CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made within 48hrs of appointment. Same day Cancellation will require 50% of service. No call no show If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100%. You will not be able to book an appointment until all past due balances are paid. Late Fees A $15.00 Late fee will be applied 15 min after schedule appointment. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Please Note • All services require an appointment • Please allow 24-48 hours for response • Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. • ALL Deposits/Payments are NON - REFUNDABLE • Due to limited space no extra guest are allowed. **Important Notice* Please Read** •If you are not a current client, please DO NOT book an appointment. Any such appointments will be canceled without a refund, and this policy will be enforced in any dispute. •If you have not been serviced with Swann Stylez or it has been more than 90 days since your last visit, you must book a consultation first. If no consultation slots are available, it means I am not accepting new or transfer clients at this time. For current clients: Please book your correct appointment slot (4week-8weeks plus) or your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited without exception. •There is a $30 deposit to book your appointment. Your deposit is not refundable and transferable if your appointment is not rescheduled within 48 hours.
